摘要
分别以钾长石为原料所合成的13X分子筛和4A分子筛为缓释载体,将其与能提供氮源、钾源及磷源的肥料复混,辅以粘结剂,制得3种适合早春茶叶施用的缓释沸石复混肥。采用传统的水浸泡法对所制备的3种沸石复混肥进行初步的缓释效应评价。结果表明,2种分子筛对肥料均有一定的缓释作用,可作为肥料的缓释载体;所得3种沸石复混肥都具有一定的缓释效应,其中以13X分子筛为载体的沸石复混肥Ⅰ缓释效果最佳,在养分释放速率上达到了国家标准,可在早春茶叶萌芽前施用。
The 13 X and 4A molecular sieves synthesized by potassium feldspar as were regarded as slow-release carriers,then the fertilizers of nitrogen,potassium and phosphorus were compounded with it,and binders were added in the compound fertilizer.Thereby,three kinds of slow-releasable zeolite-based fertilizer were produced for early spring tea. The traditional water-soaked method was used to evaluate the slow-release effect preliminary about the three zeolite-based compound fertilizers. Two kinds of molecular sieve carrier possessed a slow-release ability for fertilizers,all the three kinds of compound fertilizer had slow-release effect. The fertilizer No. 1 assumed the best slow-release effect,and the carrier was 13 X zeolite molecular sieve in it. The fertilizer No. 1 reached the national standard basically. It can be used for spring tea at embryonic stage.
