摘要 筛选具有高危破裂风险的颅内动脉瘤患者并进行针对性地治疗是预防动脉瘤破裂出血、降低其残死率的关键。随着影像学的发展,磁共振成像(MRI)越来越多地应用于颅内动脉瘤的评估。本文就近年来国内外高分辨率MRI在评估颅内动脉瘤破裂风险中的研究进展作一综述。 Identifying patients with rupture-prone intracranial aneurysms and giving pertinent appropriate therapies are the keys to prevent aneurysm rupture and reduce the morbidity and mortality.Progression in magnetic resonance imaging has resulted in increasingly application of it for intracranial aneurysms.This review discussed the recent progress on the role of high-resolution MRI in evaluating intracranial aneurysm rupture risk.
