肾去交感神经化治疗在慢性肾病中的应用

摘要 既往研究已经证实射频消融去交感神经化治疗在顽固性高血压降压治疗中的有效性和安全性,同时其在慢性肾病中可能存在潜在的治疗作用。目前有限的临床及动物研究证实去交感神经化治疗慢性肾病肾功能进一步恶化,反而可能有潜在的获益。本文对去交感神经化治疗在慢性肾病中的应用及作用作一阐述。 The effectiveness and safety of renal denervation for treating resistant hypertension have been demonstrated by previous studies;meanwhile its potential therapeutic role for chronic kidney disease has also been indicated.Recent clinical and animal studies have confirmed that renal denervation did not cause further damage to renal function of patients with chronic kidney disease;conversely,it may have potential benefits for the patients.In this paper,we reviewed the application and effect of renal denervation in chronic kidney disease.
