摘要
从职业准入的规范上看,我国教师资格证考试存在的问题不少,主要有:职业准入考试由官方主导,缺乏行业的介入;缺乏全面、客观的教师职业测评;实践环节的考核趋于表面性;认定过程与职业化发展不吻合等。从教师职业专业化发展的角度看,我们就该让教育行业特别是基础教育行业介入教师资格证考试;建立教师职业测试体系,客观评价个体的职业能力和潜质;加强实践环节的考核,适当延长教育实践时长;加强职后培训和注册,建立教师发展学校,促进教师职业的专业化发展。
On the occupation admittance system, the teacher qualification in our country has many problems, Mainly manifested in the following aspects. The official leading the examination, the lack of involvement of industry; The absence of a comprehensive, objective evaluation of teacher occupation; Practice examination tends to surface; The process of identification is not in conformity with the occupation development, and so on. From the perspective of professional development of teachers occupation, We should make the education industry especially the basic education industryentering the teacher qualification certificate examination; establishment of teacher occupation test system, objective to evaluate the potential ability of occupation and individual; Strengthen the practice examination, appropriately extended education practice time; Strengthening the post training and register, establish teacher development school, promoting the professional development of teachers occupation.
