我国高等教育公平的困境及其化解——基于现实约束条件的思考

社会阶层、教育发展失衡以及制度不完善等是我国现阶段推进高等教育公平必须面对的现实约束。多重的现实困境不但决定了我国高等教育公平的实现要解决的问题有多个方面,而且必然会遇到许多阻力,它将是一个漫长的渐进发展过程。认清各种现实约束条件,对化解我国高等教育公平的困境和顺利实现高等教育公平目标有着重要的现实意义。

Social classes, unbalanced development of education and the imperfect system are the practical constraints to promote the equity of higher education in China, which means we will have to deal with many difficulties and hardships at different levels and encounter obstacles and setbacks in the course, so it will be a long and gradual process. Recognition of these practical constraints has a strong practical significance to speed the realization of education equality in China.
