目前,自主扩展型多校区大学的外部管理体制模式因政府主导、自主扩展型多校区高校缺乏自主意识、社会对自主扩展型多校区高校投入资金匮乏、社会参与度低等问题,使自主扩展型多校区大学在实际运行中面临诸多新挑战。基于此,文章从自主扩展型多校区大学的发展概况、外部管理体制面临的窘境、外部管理体制重构策略等方面,确定自主扩展型多校区大学的管理体制和运行机制。

Currently, the independent extended multi - campus university, led by government, lacks self - awareness, and they are faced with shortage of financial support and social participation and many other new challenges in its real operation. On the basis, this paper researches the general situation of the development of an extended autonomous multi - campus university, the dilemma of external management, and the external management system reconstruction strategies, establishes the management system and operational mechanism of independent extended multi -campus university.
