高校推行专职科研人员聘用制度的探讨

This paper compares the proportion of full - time employees under appointment system to authorized full - time teachers in China and abroad, it expounds and proves the necessity and feasibility of full - time employment system, which is pushed by our national universities. And it can also enrich human resources, strengthen the construction of research team, and favor the practical teaching of graduate students. This paper analyzes some key questions, such as the universities which are needed to be taken notice of, the establishment of the contract relationship between professors and full time research staffs, and system security and effective management mechanism and so on.
