高校少数民族学生党员教育的效能优化研究

近年来,高校逐步加大对少数民族学生的招生力度,更多地承担了为少数民族地区培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要任务。加强少数民族学生党员教育是现阶段加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要组成部分和工作内容。应正视现阶段少数民族学生党员教育面临的问题与挑战,以社会主义核心价值观为导向,注重开展主题教育活动、经济帮扶与立志成才教育、培养少数民族学生党员干部、强化基层党校培训、推广微型党课模式、提高思想政治教育一线工作者的整体素质,通过多种形式与手段不断优化教育效能。

In recent years, most colleges reinforce the recruit of minority students gradually, and undertake the important task to foster qualified constructer and successor for minority area. At present, it is an important part to reinforcing the education of party member of minority students, strengthen and improve the students＇ education of ideological and politics. We should have a good attitude towards the problems and challenges that the education of party member of minority students are faced with, take socialist core values as guidance, focus on development of theme education activities, assist to others who are in economic need, resolve the education of becoming a useful person, foster minority student leader of party members, intensify the cultivation of basic level party school, popularize miniature model of party lecture, improve the overall quality of ideological and political educators, optimize the education efficiency constantly by using varieties of forms and means.
