摘要 本文内容是2014年10月为北师大心理学院新同学所做的报告并进一步整理而成。主要从心理学观点围绕三个问题展开:一是大学生生活的意义;二是怎样当一位出色的大学生;三是面向未来,如何成为一位高素质创造性的大学生。具体阐述了大学生在大学阶段的发展任务、提高大学生社会适应能力的途径及成为创造性人才所必备的心理因素及培养。 The present review was summarized from the address that I have made for new college students at Beijing Normal University in October 2014. I would like to focus on answering three questions in this article, from a viewpoints of psychology: 1) What is the meaning of college life? 2) How can one to be an excellent college student? 3) How can one to be a high-calibre and creative talents for the future? To be specific, the present re-view suggests: 1) the main mission for college students′ developmental, 2) the way that college students can enhance their social adaption capacity, and 3) the essential psychological factors and training methods of being a creative talent.
