浅谈核电站DCS设备制造不符合项的分类

The Analysis on the Classification of DCS Non-Conformance in Nuclear Power Plant

本文对核电行业传统的一般不符合项的定义及分类分析,结合核电站DCS设备及不符合项的特点、不同DCS供应商现有不符合项的管理程序的优缺点以及核电仪控设备制造不符合项类型及管理实践,提出了一种适用于满足核电质量保证要求的核电仪控设备制造过程不符合项分类管理办法。

This article analyzed the classification of traditional Non-conformance quality management. With the equipment and manufacturing specification introduction of the DCS, the article demonstrated that the normal non-conformance management is not full fill the DCS according to the supplier and surveillance requirement. A new method of non-conformance classification was introduced in the last of this article.
