摘要
以3003合金为研究对象,研究了该合金经熔炼、两次精炼、除气、变质和热处理后所获得的金属熔体和铸轧板坯在冷轧不同道次后的组织和力学性能。结果发现:3003铝合金熔体经熔炼、两次精炼后得到净化,除气、过滤使铝熔体进一步净化;变质和热处理能使晶粒更加均匀、细化;冷轧后,板带加工硬化,强度提高,伸长率下降,但内部组织均匀,晶粒细化;合金断口呈韧性断裂。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 3003 alloys which were in molten metal and roll-casting plate after different cold-rolling passes at melting, twice refining process, degassing, modification and heat treatment were studied respectively. The results show that: 3003 Al alloy melt can be purified by melting and twice refining, which can be furtherly purified by degassing and filtration. The more uniform and fine grain can be achieved by modification and heat treatment process. After cold rolling, the plate is strengthened, the ductility becomes lower, but the microstructure is uniform and the grain size is fine. The fracture of the alloy shows toughness crack.
