摘要
采用FLUENT软件的RNG k-ε湍流模型和能量模型,模拟了辊内冷却水在不同水流速度下的流动状况,对比了不同冷却水流速下辊身的温度。发现辊身温度分布很不均匀,重新设计炉辊结构和工作参数,将其内壁设计成渐变形式,再次模拟,得到较为满意的结果。
The furnace roller of internal cooling water under different flow rates of the flow conditions was simulated using FLUENT software for RNG k-ε turbulence model and the energy model. The cooling water flow rates under different temperature of the barrel were compared. Results show that the barrel temperature distribution is very uneven. Furnace roller structure and parameters will be designed again, the inner wall of the furnace roller will be designed into the gradient mode,then simulated again. Finally, a more satisfactory outcome will be obtained.
