摘要
研究高温处理对Cr12Mo1V1模具钢组织、显微硬度和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随高温处理温度的升高,模具钢组织中的碳化物含量先减小后增大,在1150℃达到最小值11.2%;模具钢的淬火、回火硬度随高温处理温度波动,1130℃时达到最大值。抗拉强度随温度增加先减小后增大,伸长率呈降低趋势。
Effects of temperature processing on microstructure, microhardness and mechanical properties of die steel Cr12Mo1V1 were researched. The results show that alone with the temperature increasing, the content of carbide decreases at first and then increases after reaching the minimum level of 11.2% at 1150 ℃; the quenching and tempering hardness fluctuate whih the temperature increasing, reaching its maximum at 1130 ℃, minimum at 1150 ℃; the tensile strength and elongation decrease with the temperature increasing.
