TA12钛合金固溶时效参数与组织和性能的关系 被引量:4

摘要 采用正交试验法研究了固溶温度、时效时间等因素对TA12钛合金力学性能与组织的影响。结果显示,固溶温度对合金强度影响较大,时效时间对合金塑性影响较大。采用固溶温度980℃,固溶时间45 min,时效温度540℃,时效时间8 h,TA12合金获得较好的综合性能,其抗拉强度1233.32 MPa,屈服强度1126.05 MPa,伸长率9.04%,组织为少量的等轴初生α相和固溶时效后析出的弥散状次生αs相。随固溶温度的升高,合金抗拉强度和屈服强度升高,表现为线性关系,塑性降低,但变化比较小;随时效时间延长,钛合金抗拉强度和屈服强度先升高后降低,但变化不大,合金塑性先降低后升高。 The effects of solution temperature and time, aging temperature and time on mechanical properties and microstructure of TA12 titanium alloy were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that solution temperature has a greater influence on strength of alloy and aging time has a greater influence on plasticity of alloy. TA12 alloy showes the best combination of strength and plasticity under solution treatment at 980℃ for 45 min and aging at 540℃ for 8 h, and the tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation of the alloy are 1232.32 MPa,1126 MPa, 9.04%, and the microstructure often manifest as a small amount of shaft primary α and secondary α by aging precipitation of solid solution. With the increase of the solution temperature, the strength increases and the plasticities reduces, but the change is small; along with the time prolonged, the tensile strength and yield strength of TA12 alloy increase firstly and then reduce slightly on the contrary to plasticity of the alloy.
