摘要
对TC6钛合金进行2 GPa压力热处理,利用纳米压痕技术、光学显微镜和透射电镜探讨了2 GPa压力热处理对TC6钛合金塑变抗力的影响。结果表明,2 GPa压力热处理能减小TC6钛合金的塑性变形量,提高其塑变抗力,这主要归因于高压热处理能细化TC6钛合金组织及增大组织内部的位错密度。
2 GPa pressure heat treatment test was carried out on TC6 titanium alloy, and the effects of 2 GPa pressure heat treatment on plastic deformation resistance of TC6 Ti alloy were investigated by nanoindention technique, OM and TEM.The results show that 2 GPa pressure treatment can reduce plastic deformation alloy, and improve plastic deformation resistance of TC6 titanium alloy, which is mainly contributed to high pressure heat treatment refining the microstructure and increasing the dislocation density of the alloy.
