摘要 研究了时效时间对Cu-Ni-Si-Mg合金硬度和导电率的影响。对时效后的合金分别进行了不同时间的深冷处理,研究了深冷处理对其硬度和导电率的影响。通过观察深冷处理前后组织,分析了深冷处理对合金性能的影响。结果表明,深冷处理对合金强度和导电率有重大影响。 Effects of aging time on the hardness and conductivity of Cu-Ni-Si-Mg alloy were studied. The subzero treatment of the alloy at different time was carried out after aging. The effects of subzero treatment on the hardness and electrical conductivity were studied. Effect of subzero treatment on the properties of the alloy was analyzed by observing alloy microstructure before and after subzero treatment. The results show that the subzero treatment has a significant influence on alloy strength and conductivity.
