摘要
某大型模具支撑机构用Cr12Mo V钢滚轮外环面在使用前产生了裂纹,导致滚轮失效。通过化学成分分析、宏观断口形貌观察、硬度检测等方法对滚轮出现的裂纹进行了分析。结果表明:滚轮失效的主要原因是由于回火保温时间不足,零件淬火后应力未消除。严格控制热加工工艺参数,保证足够的回火时间是解决滚轮失效的关键。
Cr12Mo V steel roller wheel outer ring surface for a large die support mechanism produced cracks before using,so as to cause roller wheel failure. The cracks of the roller wheel were analyzed by chemical composition analysis,macroscopic fracture morphology observation and hardness test. The results show that main reasons of the roller wheel failure are lack of enough holding time in tempering process, and the stress of the part after quenching is not eliminated. Strictly controlling thermal processing parameters, and ensuring enough tempering time are the key to solve the roller failure.
