摘要
某石化公司常减压装置离心泵在运行过程中,泵主轴突然发生断裂失效。为查明失效原因,通过直读光谱、冲击试验、金相观察和SEM等方法对泵轴材料的化学成分、力学性能和组织等进行检验及分析。结果表明:泵轴内部存在夹杂物和轴颈截面突变,在交变弯曲载荷作用下,形成较高的局部应力集中,以致发生脆性断裂。
The pump axle fracture of petrochemical company's crude oil distillation unit centrifugal pump happened suddenly. In order to ascertain the fracture cause, by direct reading spectrometer, impact testing, metallographic observation and SEM methods, the chemical composition, mechanical properties and microstructure of the axle were investigated. The results show that under alternating bending stress and high local stress concentration, the pump axle fracture appears due to the inclusions and shaft section abrupt change.
