摘要
由于受"学科知识导向"的课程价值观的影响及课程管理相对滞后,目前我国大学课程结构存在以知识为中心使其偏离人才培养目标、重形式课程结构使其缺乏理念和单一课程结构使其趋向同质化等弊端。为了更好地培养创新人才,提高人才培养质量,大学课程结构应贴近学生的生活需要、发展需要、现实需要,围绕高素质的创新人才培养,优化实质课程结构和形式课程结构以及构建多样化的课程结构等。
Due to curriculum value of "subject and knowledge oriented " influence on university's curriculum structure and curriculum management relatively lags behind, at present university curriculum structure exists many problems: knowledge centered makes it deviate from the personnel training target, form of curriculum structure makes it lack of ideas and the single curriculum structure tend to homogeneity and so on in our country. In order to cultivate innovative talents, improve the quality of talent training,optimization of university curriculum structure shoudl abutt students' life needs, development needs, realistic needs, centre on the cultivate innovative talents of high quality, attaches great importance to the form of curriculum structure and essence of curriculum structure optimization, and build a diverse curriculum streucture, etc.
