摘要
教师文化是学校文化诸多组成部分和构成要素中的核心,在学校生活中尤其在教育教学过程中发挥着核心能动影响作用,主要表现为丰满的表达性、犀利的启智性和强劲的润泽化育性。融入生活母体,进行文化根基里的营养汲取,注重文化气场营建,使教师在职场情境中获得提升和发展,这是教师文化涵育之途。同时,教师个体也要强化文化自觉,以开放心态实现文化兼容、嬗变,实现自我文化建设。
Teachers' culture is the core among all the elements and components of school culture, and the core dynamic factor. Teachers' culture has strong striking features in terms of effective expression, inspiration and character nurturing. The character nurturing function of teachers' culture, rooted and nurtured in living experiences, highlights the building of cultural environments and hence facilitates teachers' development in their career. Teachers as an individual should enhance their cultural awareness,keep open-minded to cultural diversity and changing,and strengthen cultural building.
