水利卫星小站高阶维护技术研究

摘要 新一代水利卫星通信系统近年来得到了快速发展,目前卫星小站数量已超过600座,在水雨情数据传输、视频图像采集传输、应急抢险指挥等方面发挥了巨大的作用。但由于水利卫星小站大多分布在偏远地区且为数众多,暴露出基层人员专业知识缺乏,故障识别困难,缺乏现场处置能力,严重依赖专业维护设备等问题,严重影响全网的可靠运行。通过i Site软件可以方便基层用户进行天线对星检查、卫星路由器访问等功能操作,对具备一定计算机及网络知识的技术人员,可以摆脱专业频谱仪等设备的依赖,独立处置大部分的故障。通过对典型故障的分析,灵活运用i Site软件,可以有效提高整个水利卫星通信系统的运行维护能力,提高系统的综合可靠性。 Water Conservancy Satellite Communication has been developped rapidly, the number of water conservancy satellite station is over 600 at present. The stations play great role on data communication of water and rainfall, video image collection and emergency rescue command. The stations are mostly in remote areas and have the large number, where junior officers lack of professional knowledge and field disposal capacity, identify fault hardly, and depend on professional maintenance equipment heavily. It affects the reliable operation of the whole system heavily. The primary users could complete the function operation of antenna for star inspection, satellite router access by using iSite software. For the technicians with computer and network knowledge, they could handle with a lot of faults without spectrum analyzer,.etc. It could improve the operation and maintenance capability of the whole system and improve the overall reliability of the system by analyzing the typical faults and using iSite software.
