一种自制铠装电缆装置及制作方法介绍

摘要 采用铠装电缆测流时,有时会出现钢丝绳损伤,可能碾断内芯信号线或内芯与外皮连线等现象,需要更换相应配件,而相应配件却难以获得,因此,研制一种简易制作铠装电缆装置的方法。研制出一种钢丝绳"换芯"装置,通过转动、推动圆盘等动作2人协调一致操作,可以制作出铠装电缆。由于制作时拉紧最少需要3个人操作且紧密配合,制作速度缓慢,并时有绞线情况发生,为此对装置进行改进,制作同样的2块圆盘,进行换芯操作,实践应用证明,改进后制作速度明显加快,1人便可操作。 When testing water flows by the armored cable, there will be cable damage sometimes, probably causing inner signal line broken or causing short circuit between the inner signal line and the outer layer and so on. It needs to replace the corresponding parts. But it is difficult to obtain the corresponding parts. So it is necessary to develop a simple production method of armored cable equipment. The article introduces the device. 2 persons rotate and promote the disk using the device to change the core of cable to produce armored cable. Needing 3 people at least to tighten up in producing, slowly producing, and sometimes it will twine the rope, so it improves the device, using two same disks to replace the core of the cable. Practice has proved that, the producing speed has been raised after improving, and one people can operate it.
