采用铠装电缆测流时,有时会出现钢丝绳损伤,可能碾断内芯信号线或内芯与外皮连线等现象,需要更换相应配件,而相应配件却难以获得,因此,研制一种简易制作铠装电缆装置的方法。研制出一种钢丝绳"换芯"装置,通过转动、推动圆盘等动作2人协调一致操作,可以制作出铠装电缆。由于制作时拉紧最少需要3个人操作且紧密配合,制作速度缓慢,并时有绞线情况发生,为此对装置进行改进,制作同样的2块圆盘,进行换芯操作,实践应用证明,改进后制作速度明显加快,1人便可操作。
