氮磷钾肥对香水菠萝产量和品质的影响 被引量:8

摘要 以香水菠萝为材料,采用L9(34)正交设计方法 ,研究了采用施肥枪施肥条件下,不同氮磷钾肥施用水平对香水菠萝产量和品质的影响。2 a的试验结果表明,合理增施氮、磷肥能提高香水菠萝单果重和产量,过量施用钾肥有降低香水菠萝产量的可能;各施肥处理比农民传统施肥方法均有不同程度的增产效果,以处理N3P3K2的增产效果最好,2 a增产率分别为24.71%和11.67%。适量增施氮肥能在一定程度上提高菠萝果实Vc含量,磷、钾肥对菠萝果实可溶性固形物、Vc和可滴定酸含量无显著影响。 An experiment wit h L9(34)orthogonal design was conducted to study the effect of N, P, K fertilizer application rates on the yield and quality of pineapple in Hainan Province. The experimental results of two years showed that in general: appropriate application of N and P fertilizer could improve the size and yield of Tainung No.11 pineapple, excessive K fertilization might reduce the yield. The yield of nine fertilization treatments was higher than that of farmer fertilizer practice. The treatment N3P3K2 was the highest. Its growth rate of two years was 24.71% and 11.67%, respectively. N fertilizer could increase vitamin C content of pineapple. The effect of P and K fertilizer on the content of soluble solid, vitamin C and titratable acid in pineapple is not significant.
