徐州生态市建设的战略构思及对策研究

Study on the Strategical Thought and Countermeasure of Constructing Xuzhou as an Ecological City

从徐州生态市建设实际出发,总结了生态建设的指导思想、基本原则及建设目标。从自然条件、经济实力、环境保护和生态建设取得突出成绩、创建工作基础等方面展示了徐州生态市创建的优势,同时从经济生态转型、水环境治理、生态环境保护等方面分析了生态市创建存在的劣势。依据徐州市当前的形势,提出了一些创建生态市的工作建议。

Starting with the reality of constructing Xuzhou as an ecological city, the article summarizes the guiding ideology, basic principles and building targets of the ecological construction. The article presents the advantages of constructing Xuzhou as ecological city from aspects of the natural conditions, economic strength, outstanding achievement in environment protection and ecological construction, and construction ~oundation, etc. In the mean time, the disadvantages of ecological construction have been analyzed from aspects of the economic and ecological transformation, treatment of water environment, ecological environment protection. Based on the current situation of Xuzhou city, the article proposes some working suggestions for the ecological construction.
