阐述了汞的污染及其来源和它在环境迁移中的转化规律,同时讨论了土壤中汞污染对食物中汞积累和分配的影响及通过食物链途径给人类健康带来的危害,提出了综合防治的措施。
The article states the concept and resources of mercury pollution as well as its environmental migration law. At the same time, the article discusses the effect of mercury pollution in soil on the mercury accumulation and distribution in food. Furthermore, the article discusses the hazard of mercury pollution on human health by food chain. At last the article puts forward comprehensive countermeasures of prevention and control.
