摘要
在PLC实验教学中,发现学生面对S7-200 PLC和S7-200 SMART PLC两种系列产品,更喜欢选择S7-200 SMART PLC。基于此,对S7-200 SMART PLC的软件及硬件应用进行分析得出,STEP 7-Micro WIN SMART软件界面友好,设计更加人性化;S7-200 SMART PLC硬件通信性能优良、组态方便、通讯面板接线快捷。这对今后PLC教学中的编程软件的选用和企业的PLC软件应用有一定的参考价值。
In PLC experimental teaching, students prefer S7 - 200 SMART PLC product series to those of S7 - 200 PLC. Analysis of the application of S7 - 200 SMART PLC software and hardware leads to the conclusion that the STEP 7 - MicroWIN SMART software has an interface friendlier and a design more humanized. Besides, the S7 - 200 SMART PLC hardware performs well in communication, configuration and communication panel wiring. This research is beneficial both for PLC teaching in its programming software selection and for the enterprises in their software application.
