摘要
全人教育理念的核心在于"全"与"变",即强调对学生个性发展的引导、推动以及灵活的教学方式。在这一理念指导下开展高职"职业沟通"课程的教学实践,则要求教师注重对学生个性的培养,并转换角色,以学生为主体,通过授课方式、考核方式等改革,促进其主体能动性的发挥。
The core of the concept of whole-person education is "full" and "change", which stressed on the development of students' personality guidance, promotion and flexible teaching methods. Under the guidance of this concept, the implementation of higher vocational education "professional communi- cation" course of teaching practice requires teachers to pay attention to the cultivation of the students' personality.
