Evaluation Index System and Empirical Research on The Collaborative Innovation of Higher Education

利用问卷调查和主成分分析法确定高等教育协同创新评估指标,包括一级指标5个(协同创新环境、协同创新投入、协同创新过程、协同创新产出和协同创新效果),二级指标19个,三级指标57个;运用AHP法确定各指标权重,构成评价指标体系;采取TOPSIS法进行绩效评价,并通过实例验证。

Questionnaire and principal component analysis （pca） were used in the process of establishing the collaborative innovation evaluation index of higher education. There are 5 primary indicators （ collaborative innovation environment, collaborative innovation investment, collaborative innovation process, collaborative innovation output and collaborative innovation effect）, 19 secondary indicators, and 57 three-level indicators. AHP was used to determine the index weight and constitute the evaluation index system. TOPSIS was adopted to carry on the performance evaluation and tested by example.
