摘要
烟农对于烟草行业发展的作用是不言而喻的,随着城镇化进程的不断加快,培养出一支现代职业化农民是目前各个烟区的首要工作。本文分析了隰县烤烟生产现状及存在问题,提出了培养烟农的对策及建议,以供参考。
Tobacco farmers plays an important role in the development of the tobacco industry, with the accelerating of ur- banization process, to create a modem professional farmers is the priority in the tobacco planting areas. This paper ana- lyzed current situation and existing problems of tobacco production, putted forward the countermeasures and suggestions of training tobacco farmers, for reference.
