环胞苷滴眼液稳定性的研究

STUDIES ON STABILITY OF CYCLOCYTIDINE EYE DROP

本文采用紫外分光光度法测定环胞苷及其滴眼液的含量,操作方法简便,快速。同时用经典恒温加速试验对其稳定性进行了初步研究,结果表明,pH<6.0时环胞苷较稳定,pH>6.0则分解加速。根据贮存期预测结果,本品室温(25℃)避光条件下可保存64天,在冰箱(5℃)中贮存期约为2年。

The UV spectrophotom-etry has been used for determining conentof cyclocytidine and Its eye drop. Thisprocedure is simple and rapid, The averagerecovery is 99. 9%. Its CV i8 0. 45 %. Simul-taneously, The stability of cyclocytidineeye drop was studied primarily by accele-rated test with the classical isothermalmethod. Results of the study showed thatthe stability of cyclocytidine was better atpH<6.0. when pH>6.0, The cyclocytidineaccelerate decomposition. Its eye drop wasstable for sixty four day at room temper-ature and protect from light Condition,It is kept in refrigerator for mone than 2yeass acconding to predicted sheef-life re-sults.
