摘要
针对煤矿井下钻孔工作面粉尘难以治理的实际现状,提出了气动孔口除尘器技术,并对气动孔口除尘器的工作原理进行了介绍。设计了孔口除尘器的节能实验方案,在保证压气参数不变的情况下,分别进行了无旋流器无喷淋、无旋流器加喷淋、有旋流器无喷淋和有旋流器加喷淋4种工况的引射性能实验,得出了进口静压、引射风量、引射比、噪声及耗水量随着压气压力的变化情况。除尘实验表明:在压气参数为0.3 MPa的工况下,无旋流器和有旋流器2种结构除尘器的除尘效率分别达到了97.6%和98.5%,均体现了很好的除尘效果。
For the actual status that the dust in underground working face drilling is difficult to control,we propose pneumatic orifice filter technology,and the principles of pneumatic orifice dust collector are introduced. Saving- energy experimental program is designed. To ensure compressed air parameters unchanged,we carried out ejecting performance test without cyclone no spray,without cyclone spray,with cyclone no spray and with cyclone spray four kinds of working conditions. We obtained the change of import static pressure,ejecting air flow,ejecting ratio,noise and water consumption with compressed air pressure. Dusting experiment showed that when the compressed air pressure was 0. 3 MPa,and the dust removal efficiency of two different dust collector reached 97. 6% and98. 5% respectively,and reflected in the good effect of dust removal.
