高应力软岩斜巷底鼓机理及全断面注浆技术 被引量:2

Whole Section Grouting Technology and Floor Heave Mechanism of High Stress Soft Rock Inclined Roadway

摘要 为了控制巷道围岩稳定性,提出巷道全断面注浆锚固技术。通过理论研究、数值模拟与工程实践,分析巷道底鼓破坏机理并确定最佳支护方案。研究表明:高应力软岩倾斜巷道底鼓是由于帮部岩层滑移后释放内部弹性势能,造成巷道底板岩层弹、塑性势能大量积聚,采用拱形巷道断面及全断面注浆方式,有效控制了巷道底鼓的持续增长,巷道顶板及两帮围岩大变形也得以全面控制,保证了巷道围岩的稳定性。 In order to control the stability of roadway surrounding rock,the whole section grouting technology is proposed. Through theoretical study,numerical simulation and engineering practice,the floor heave mechanism is analyzed and the best supporting scheme is determined. Research shows that the floor heave of high stress soft rock inclined roadway is due to the release of internal potential energy after rib- sides rock slip,causing the accumulation of roadway floor rock elastic- plastic potential energy. The arch roadway section and whole section bolting,effectively control the growth of roadway floor heave,and the large deformation of surrounding rock is also fully controlled in roadway roof and lib- sides,which ensures the stability of roadway surrounding rock.
