煤矿安全事故应急能力量化指标重要性测度

Measurement of Quantified Indexes Importance for Emergency Capacity of Coal Mine Safety Accidents

为了科学测度煤矿安全事故应急能力水平各项指标的重要度,以煤矿安全事故应急管理能力为研究对象,将这种应急管理能力看作一项服务,把QFD应用于这项特殊"服务"的设计上,利用QFD这一需求驱动的结构化转换工具,构建灰色关联矩阵,把客户需求重要度按比例配置到各项供给指标上,从供需匹配的视角提出了基于QFD的煤矿安全事故应急管理能力量化指标重要性测度模型。

In order to scientifically evaluate the importance of emergency capacity indexes of coal mine safety incidents,taking coal mine safety accidents emergency management as the research object,and taking emergency management ability as a service,and QFD is applied to the special ＂ service＂ design. We construct a grey correlation matrix based on QFD,which is a conversion tool driven by customer＇s requirements. Then the importance of customer＇s requirements can be proportionally deployed into the supply indexes. A emergency capacity measurement model based on QFD is proposed from the point of the matching of supply and demand.
