摘要 通过介绍电磁阀的结构和工作原理,建立电磁阀动态过程数学模型,利用AMESim仿真软件,建立电磁阀动态仿真模型,并进行了仿真,从而研究出线圈驱动电压、匝数、主工作间隙、气源压力、活塞直径、排气阀座直径以及反力因素等对电磁阀响应特性的影响。 In this article,the structure and the working principle of the solenoid valve was introduced. And the mathematical model of the solenoid valve was presented. The dynamic simulation model of the solenoid valve was built by AMESim. Then the influences of exciting voltage, number of windings circle, working air gap, pressure of the gas, piston area, size of the vent and factor of the reaction on the dynamic response characteristics of the solenoid valve were analyzed.
