摘要
基于MSC.Patran/Nastran软件,对带有约束阻尼层的结构动力学特性分析方法进行研究。根据这一分析方法,并结合试验数据,对某卫星支架,提出几种附加约束阻尼层的设计方案,并进行减振效果分析,对试验结果预示,确定最终方案。试验数据表明,预示结果和振动试验结果基本一致,达到减振近20%的效果。文中提出的约束阻尼层设计方案已成功应用于运载火箭的飞行试验。
Based on the MSC. Patran/Nastran software, dynamic feature analysis method of the structure with constrained damping layer was studied in this paper. Several design concepts of additional constrained damping layer for a satellite adapter were presented and vibration damping was analyzed based on the analysis method and test data, then test result was foreseen to confirm the final plan. Test data shown that predicted result and vibration test result was basically the same and the vibration damping effect is nearly 20%. The constrained damping layer design mentioned here had been applied successfully to the flight test of LM launch vehicle.
