我国绿色金融发展面临的机遇、挑战与对策分析

The Opportunity, Challenge and Countermeasures in the Development of Green Finance in China

近年来,绿色金融在全球范围内逐渐兴起。鉴于金融在当代经济社会特别是绿色经济发展中的重要地位,发展绿色金融是推动经济转型升级,促进社会、经济、环境可持续发展的有效手段,也是未来金融业健康发展的必然选择。从实践应用角度来看,国内外发展绿色金融的理论研究、政策探讨等多从宏观方面强调绿色金融的发展问题,越来越多的生态专家、环境学者以及经济学家对绿色金融做出大量的基础性研究,但缺乏完善的体系制度,如何在实践中推广应用绿色金融,目前我国还没有形成完善的运行体系,缺乏可操作性。在国际绿色金融实践分析的基础上,通过对我国当前发展绿色金融的基础条件及关键制约因素分析,讨论了我国发展绿色金融的建设思路与发展对策。

Green finance had a graduate rise in recent years. In relation to the importance of finance to our society especially in the area of green finance, the development of green finance is an effective way to promote the economic transformation and sustain the development of society economy and environment; it is also the inevitable choice for the future healthy development of the financial industry. However, in the current situation, the theory and policy for development of green finance emphasizes more on issues from macro aspects. A growing number of environmental experts, environmentalists and economists make lots of green finance researches, but still lacks a practice system. How to develop the green finance in practice has not formed the perfect operation system and lack of the operability. This article, taking some ideas about the international practices of Green Financing development, through analyzing China＇s green finance and the Problems and countermeasures of Chinese green financing development, puts forward according suggestions for the rapid development of China＇s green finance.
