资源循环利用的物质积累和产值增值研究

Study on Mass Accumulation and Product Increment in Recycling Utilization of Resources

对资源循环利用的产业组织运行过程建立了物质循环积累模型和产值循环增值模型,定义了物质积累倍数和产值增值倍数。在此基础上,分析了产值增值(价值)与物质积累(成本)之差的净产值对国民经济持续增长的促进作用,认为对传统产业进行组织创新,结构优化和技术升级是提高资源循环利用效率的根本措施。

In this paper, the models for mass recycling accumulation and product recycling increment in operation procedure of the industrial organization for resources recycling utilization are built. The multipliers of mass accumulation and product increment are defined. On the basis, the promoted effect of net product as difference between product increment （in value） and mass accumulation （in cost） to sustainable growth of national economy is analyzed. The paper thinks that the organization innovation, structure optimization and technology upgrade are the fundamental approaches in order to raise the productiveness of resources recycling utilization.
