摘要
从遗产经济学的角度切入,分析了建筑遗产的经济学特性,揭示了建筑遗产在保护和再生过程中的问题,探讨了保护与再生的途径等问题,指出遗产的管理与经营是当前建筑遗产保护、传承和发展中的重要问题,力求为其他文化遗产的保护与再生提供借鉴与参考。
From the perspective of heritage economics, the article analyzes the economic characteristics of architectural heritage, and reveals the problems in process of conservation and regeneration and discusses the strategies of conservation and regeneration and so on. The article points out that nowadays management and operation are the important problem of protection, inheritance and development. It gives some reference for the conservation and regeneration of other culture heritage.
