生态山东评价指标体系研究

Study on the Evaluation Index System of Ecological Shandong

区域生态文明评价指标体系是一个复杂的动态系统。文章针对山东省区域发展特征、经济社会发展阶段与资源环境状况,建立科学、系统、完善的生态山东评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法,对山东省2003年以来生态文明建设状况进行绩效评价,进而从加快经济方式转变、加强自然资源保护与合理利用、搞好生态建设与保护、加强环境污染防治、完善有利于资源节约和环境保护的制度体系等方面提出加快生态山东建设的对策措施。

The evaluation index system of regional ecological civilization is a complex dynamic system. Focusing on regional developmental characteristics, economic and social development stage and resource environment condition of Shandong Province, this paper establishes a scientific, systematic and comprehensive evaluation index system, uses analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the ecological civilization condition of Shandong province since 2003, then puts forward some countermeasures to speed up the ecological construction of Shandong, including accelerating the transformation of economic mode, strengthening the protection and rational utilization of natural resources, doing well in ecological construction and protection, strengthening environmental pollution control, improve the system for resource conservation and environmental orotection, etc.
