摘要
研究涂料中碳酸钙和高岭土颜料配比及铜版原纸,对铜版纸的光学性能、机械性能和印刷适性的影响,以及在底涂和面涂层中不同颜料配比对铜版纸性能的影响。结果表明:低亮度原纸的铜版纸亮度主要受涂层不透明度影响,高亮度原纸的铜版纸亮度主要受颜料自身亮度的影响,中等亮度原纸的铜版纸亮度受涂层的不透明度和亮度共同影响;对于二次涂布的铜版纸,面涂层中颜料配比对铜版纸的亮度、光泽度、印刷光泽度、撕裂强度的影响较大;对于中等亮度和高亮度的铜版原纸,原纸亮度越高,底涂层的颜料配比对铜版纸亮度的影响程度越大;当固定底涂层颜料配比,面涂层中随着高岭土含量的增加,铜版纸的表面强度和涂层表面油墨吸收性均呈现降低的趋势。
The influence on the optical properties, mechanical properties and printability of coated paper was studied according to the different pigment ratios of calcium carbonate and kaolin in coatings as well as the species of coated paper. And the effects on the coated paper's performance of different pigment ratios in the pre-coating and top-coating were also researched. The resulted showed that the brightness of the low brightness base coated paper was mainly affected by the opacity of coating; and that the brightness of the high brightness base coated paper was mainly affected by the brightness of pigments; and that the brightness of the medium brightness base coated paper was affected by the opacity and the brightness of coatings. As for the double coated paper, the influence of the pigment ratio of top-coating on the brightness, print gloss and tear strength of coated paper was more important than other factors. As for the medium and high brightness base coated paper, the pigment ratio of pre-coating led greater influence on the brightness of coated paper when the brightness of base paper was higher. The surface strength and coating surface printing ink absorbency both appeared a decreased trend along with the increasing of kaolinite content in the top-coating when the pre-coating pigment ratio was fixed.
