摘要
研究一种以糊化干燥的淀粉为连接料,实现PCC包覆煤粉灰以提高其白度。通过单因素实验,研究PCC用量、淀粉用量、固含量、蒸煮温度和蒸煮时间对包覆效果的影响其水平;通过正交实验,优化PCC包覆工艺条件。研究结果表明:固含量60%,PCC用量1倍(对煤粉灰),蒸煮时间90 min,蒸煮温度80℃,淀粉用量8%(对煤粉灰),可得到煤粉灰白度约为75.4%ISO,提高12.4%ISO,SEM显示出很好的包覆性能。
A way to improve the whiteness of coal fly-ash through PCC coating, pasting and dried starch used as binder, was researched. Through single factor experiment, coating effect of PCC dosage, the amount of starch, solid content, cooking temperature, cooking time and the level were analyzed. Combined with orthogonal experiment, the conclusion was: based on coal fly-ash, the optimum conditions were that: solid content 60%, PCC dosage 100%, cooking time 90 minutes, the temperature 80℃, starch dosage 8%. The whiteness of modification coal fly-ash was about 75.4%ISO, improved 12.4%ISO.
