Application of SAE Emulsion on Paper Relics and Its Anti-Aging Performance

摘要 用不同浓度的SAE苯丙乳液对宣纸进行处理,并在不同温度下干燥,对其物理性能和外观的变化进行测试,结果表明:经质量浓度5%的SAE苯丙乳液处理并在50℃条件下干燥的纸样,机械性能大幅提升,且外观保持原貌。将处理后的纸样放入105℃的环境中进行老化,并测试宣纸的物理性能,结果表明:SAE苯丙乳液自身显示出良好的抗老化性能,且能够大幅提高纸张的抗老化性能。经红外表征,老化处理后,SAE苯丙乳液薄膜化学结构没有变化,说明其具有良好的化学稳定性。 First, applying various concentrations of self-made SAE emulsion into the paper and drying them at different temperatures, then testing the change of their physical properties and the appearances. The result showed that physical properties of the paper that treated by 5% mass concentration of SAE emulsion and dried at 50℃ dramatically improved and there were no changes in their appearance. Then, putting the paper and the blank sample into the condition of 105℃ for aging. And testing the change of paper folding, tearing strength and pulling force. The result showed that SAE emulsion showed good anti-aging performance and can improve the paper anti-aging property. Through infrared spectroscopy, we can know that the chemical structure of the film made by SAE emulsion had no change, indicating it has good chemical stability.
