一株产果胶酶工程菌A-511在造纸法再造烟叶中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 为提高造纸法再造烟叶品质,降低造纸法再造烟叶生产过程中的能耗,将一株产果胶酶的工程菌A-511进行发酵,将所得发酵液喷雾干燥得到生物酶粉,按1%添加量应用于造纸法再造烟叶原料提取段,40~45℃处理50min。结果表明:生物酶粉处理后烟草浆料变得柔软疏松,打浆度提高,薄片灰分增加10.12%,纤维素、果胶含量分别降低4.48%、11.28%;总糖、还原糖含量分别降低18.84%、16.53%;致香成分总量增加;感官评析结果表明,生物酶粉处理后再造烟叶产品杂气降低、刺激变小、香气明显改善、香气量显著提升。 In order to improve the quality of reconstituted tobacco and reduce the energy consumption, an engineering strain A-511, that can produce pectinase enzyme, was fermented. The enzyme powder that was spray-dried from enzyme solution, added into paper-making raw materials extraction segment, with the adding amountof 1%, 40-45℃ treatment 50 min.The results indicated that after treated, the tobacco pulp becomes soft and loose,increasing the beating freeness, The ash of reconstituted tobacco increased 10.12%, cellulose and pectin content decreased by 4.48%, 11.28%; total sugar, reducing sugar content decreased by 18.84%, 16.53%;the total amount of aroma components was increased; Sensual evaluation revealed that the application of the treated extract decreases unpleasant smell and irritation, and increases the quality and quantity of incense.
