摘要
2013版《国际体育仲裁法典》已于2013年3月生效。本次修改相比之前的版本,进一步强化了仲裁庭的权力和调解机制,更加强调了效率价值并兼顾了公正,凸显了仲裁的自治性,重视为弱势当事人提供法律援助。无论学界还是实务界及时掌握和理解这些修改乃当务之急。
The 2013 version of International Sports Arbitration Code came into effect in March2013. Compared to the previous version, this modification has further strengthened the reconciliation regime and the arbitral tribunal＇s authorities,laid a greater emphasis on efficiency but not disregard the fair value, and meanwhile, highly respected for the autonomy of arbitration. It is imperative that both academic and practitioners should inform and understand these changes.
