中小学体育教育部门与体育部门协调不周问题的思考

Contemplation on the uncoordinated problems of education sectors and sports departments in school physical education

通过对学校体育发展中教育部门和体育部门的工作关系以及部分工作的实施情况分析,发现教育部门和体育部门在学校体育工作协调中存在一些问题,从而导致了学校体育工作实施不合理、效率不高,以学校体育促进青少年体质健康也收效甚微。根据文献归纳所得情况,分别从学校体育的政策制定方面、组织实施方面和部门沟通方面提出合理的建议。

By analyzing the work relations between education sector and sports sector in the development and implementation of school sports,we found that there are some coordination problems between the two sectors,which resulted in the inefficiency and unreasoning in the implementation of school sports. Based on the literature research,proposals were given from the policy- making,organization and implementation and communication between sectors.
