As a far-sighted strategic decision,＂four comprehensives＂base upon the situation of our country,which is the primary stage of socialism,and the reality of development. The layout designs the present theme of development,as well as the foundation of motive force,legal guarantee and power of leadership. The present theme is to build a moderately prosperous society in all aspects,which is the practical goal to build socialism with Chinese characteristics.The foundation of motive force is established by deepening reform comprehensively,which is positive response to the risk and challenge that we are faced with at present. Legal guarantee is provided by the rule of law,which provides order guarantee for deepening reform,and is demands of time to comply with democratic development. The power of leadership is formed by strengthening party discipline comprehensively,which is inevitable requirement to cope with all kinds of challenges,to defeat sorts of crises and risks. ＂Four comprehensives＂proves to be Chinese wisdom due to this layout,and it becomes dynamism and intelligence resource to build and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.
