Promoting Development of “Three Rural Issues” on Financial Support

朔州市金融支持"三农"发展优势明显,但也存在着农业发展基础薄弱、"三农"经济组织体系建设滞后、农村信用环境较差等问题。为了更好地促进朔州市金融支持"三农"发展,必须优化金融发展生态环境,形成良性互动局面;推动地方金融机构改革,创新金融发展机制;加强组织协调,构建良好的信用体系;拓宽融资渠道,改善融资服务;加大培育农村市场主体力度,加快农村改革步伐。

The development of ＂three rural issues＂gets distinct superiority on financial support in Shuozhou,while there are also some problems,for instance,the basis of rural development is weak,and the construction of economic organization system of ＂three rural issues＂lags behind,the rural credit environment is poor,and so on. In order to promote the development of＂three rural issues＂on financial support in Shuozhou City,we must optimize environment of financial development,forming good interaction; boost reform of local financial institutions,innovating system of financial development; strengthen organization and coordination,constructing nice credit system; broaden finance channels,improving financing service; and cultivate vigor of rural market subject,advancing rural reform.
