摘要
提升党校教师执教能力是增强党校教学针对性和实效性的必然要求。实践中,党校教师必须抓好四个重点环节,即教学内容要重逻辑,教学设计要有针对性,教学手段要多样化,教学准备要接地气,以提升自身的执教能力。
To promote teaching ability of teachers in party school is necessary requirement to enhance pertinence and effectiveness of teaching in party school. Teachers in party school must grasp four important parts in practice,which are that teaching content is logical,teaching design is pertinent,teaching method is various,and teaching preparation accords with reality,then promoting teaching ability of teachers.
