大学生党员政治信仰教育面临的困境及其破解

Dilemma and Countermeasure of Education of Political Conviction of College Student Party Members

大学生党员政治信仰教育是高校思想政治教育和学生党建工作的核心内容。当前,大学生党员政治信仰教育总体上呈现出良好的态势,但同时也面临着教育内容空洞乏味、方式单调落后、环境复杂多元等现实困境。为此,高校要在准确把握实践性、层次性、方向性等原则的基础上,通过以下几个方面进一步增强大学生党员政治信仰教育的实效性:加强理论创新,保证教育内容的时效性;坚持方法创新,保证教育方法的灵活多样;优化教育环境,形成多方协作的整体教育合力。

The education of political conviction of college student party members is core content for ideological and political education and party construction among students in college. At present,the education is in good condition,while there are also some dilemmas,such as dull contents of education,out-dated method and complicated environment,etc. Hence,being based on practice,hierarchy and directivity,we should enhance the effectiveness of the education through following aspects： improve theoretical innovation,ensure effectiveness in certain time,insist innovation of method,guarantee application of the educational method,optimize educational environment and form entire educational resultant force.
