摘要
由于激光拼焊板生产的制件具有强度高、重量小、综合成本低等优点,所以激光拼焊板在汽车制件中的应用越来越普遍。门内板是激光拼焊板应用于汽车车身的主要零件之一,某车型应用激光拼焊板冲压前门内板,焊缝区域出现冲压开裂。对开裂区域进行了微观组织、FLD等分析,分析结果表明,焊缝开裂是焊缝存在针孔所致;焊缝附近区域开裂是拼焊板两侧差厚材料变形不均匀所致。
Boasting of its advantages of higher strength,less weight and lower comprehensive cost,laser tailor-welded plate is frequently applied in the manufacturing of automobile parts,and door panel is one of those parts.In its application,the front doors of some kind of automobiles using tailor-welded plate show sampling cracks.After running through microstructure and FLD Analysis,we discover that welding crack is caused by stomata,while the weld area crack is caused by uneven deformation of welding plate on both sides of the materials.
